While every client and situation is unique, we approach each search with the following process:
Initial Client Consultation
We engage our client in a discussion about their needs, the mandate and key success factors for a candidate. Wherever possible, we solicit feedback from all of the most relevant stakeholders in the company to ensure the best fit possible.
From these discussions, we build a position specification outlining the required experience, skills and attributes of the successful candidate, which is always submitted to the client for approval prior to distribution to prospective candidates and sources.
Market Research
We conduct research in the key markets identified during our initial consultation to develop a long list of potential candidates and sources.
Candidate Assessment
One an interested candidate is identified, we conduct a preliminary telephone screen to assess candidate motivation and ensure that all of the technical requirements have been met. This is followed by an in-depth behavioural interview to further assess suitability and fit with your organization.
Presentation of Candidates and Client Interviews
We will present a detailed assessment of each presented candidate for your review. This will include an assessment of fit against the skills/experience required, a personality and motivational assessment and an outline of their career experience.
We will also assist with coordination of all client interviews and facilitate off-site interviews for confidential searches as required.
Offer Negotiation and Background Checks
We provide you with the candidate’s remuneration expectations and facilitate the offer process for the successful candidate.
As part of our due diligence process, we conduct thorough reference and background checks on the finalist candidate.
Onboarding and Retention
Our process does not end with the signed offer. We will continue to work with your internal teams to ensure that our candidate experiences a positive transition into your organization.
