Interviews
We establish a list of behavioural interview questions to be used at the start of each engagement. These questions are geared towards assessing the core compentencies required for the role.
Other Assessment Tools
We currently offer a range of additional assessment products including SkillCheck Assessments, The Predictive Index, Kolbe RightFit, Profile XT/Profile XT Sales, DISC Profile System and the MBTI.
Background Checks
As part of our fee, we also conduct a thorough background check on all finalist candidates. This includes verification of past employment, education and professional designations, criminal and credit checks (where appropriate).
References
A list of reference questions to be utilized will be submitted to the client for review before completion and client input is encouraged.
